Great easy to use website, all through Europe and all in English !

I plan to travel across Europe by train a lot this summer and this site was recommended to me by my sister. I find it very easy to use and being developed by folks in the UK it is very easy to understand and being all available in English you know exactly what ticket types and conditions you are getting. Very handy if you intend to travel through many countries. I also like the feature if you are booking a through journey that requires changing trains you can look at individual ticket legs in each ticket class for every separate journey but as a complete booking; most other websites to my knowledge only allow you to book all the legs together as all 1st Class or all as 2nd Class for example.
Can also be used for journeys wholly for within the UK, and also lets you book some of the more unusual through tickets to places like Belfast and the Isle of Man via ferries etc !

Easy to use, excellent service

I've been using Loco 2 for a couple of years now. The website is easy and quick to use. The service of Loco 2 is excellent if there is any query related to tickets.
I collect my tickets from my local station which works well. The only improvement would be if the tickets were valid on your phone providing a paperless service.

OK App with a few annoyances

Quite handy to see how to get from A to B by train, but it doesn't save your searches or allow "favourite" journeys. The big annoyance comes when you try to use it to book! It asks for your mobile number with the +44 prefix but still flags up incorrect number! Also would not allow me to log on to my Pay Pal account from the payment page. Thought I'd used an incorrect password so went direct to PayPal and got in no worries but couldn't pay them from within PayPal so ended up using a Debit Card which means I pay straight away for a trip in June! They don't accept Amex either! The prices weren't any dearer than getting the tickets via The countries railway website! So to sum up...no real benefit!
